Bella Vista is a wonderful place to live, that's why. And now that the housing bubble burst a couple of years ago, the prices are back in line! I love Bella Vista...been here 7 years!

I've met many from California who've moved here. Great people and they are loving it!

I too, welcome our California friends. There were a significant portion of them in Mountain Home (also a lot of people from the Chicago area), where I used to live, and I've met many people from California that moved here as well. Everyone finds their niche, and for many people NWA is the perfect place to live, just like Cali is the perfect place for others . I have seen quite a few California plates around Fayetteville the last couple weeks, and I found myself wondering if it was people in town for new student orientation at the University or if it was families looking at relocating. Either way, welcome to the area.
