As for property taxes you will probably find them low, no matter where you live. Of course that depends on what you are accustom to paying.
Summer temps do not vary much, regardless. Probably the further north you go the lower they will be, but only by a few degrees. Bentonville, B.V. and Gravette always seem to be a few degrees lower than say, Fayetteville, but this can vary. Again the degrees are so slight you would not even realize the difference. I do know we get a little more rain here in Bella Vista.
