It's good if you like the architecture of the houses. They are definitely unique being tall and thin. However, the area is great. I used to live down the road on Salem Rd. My daughter went to Holcomb Elementary there on Salem and it is a great school. That part of Fayetteville is really growing.

Hummm, the homes I saw on MLS were showing all brick and the one I liked was a 1 story brick with stone on the corners.

I believe Hog-I is thinking of Salem Village ... the neighborhood of two story white row houses just down the road.

Salem Heights is a nice subdivision. Not sure who the developer is for Salem Heights but they did a nice job of making each house look unique. Holcomb Elementary and Holt Middle School are great schools. NW Fayetteville is so accessible to I-540 / Bentonville / Rogers that the area has seen many new neighborhoods in the last few years.

Sorry about that. I must've been thinking of Salem Village.

Either way, the area is great. Good schools, easy access to highways and the retail center of Fayetteville, plus not too far from downtown.
