Anyone with advice, sites or anecdotes, please help!

I'm contemplating a Siloam Springs move.

We'd love to have DSL net and telephone service for a combined $100/mo. or less. My figure is based on my Qwest service that has an unlimited LD as well.
Is this possible?
It looks like we have a choice of providers.
What do I look for, what should I avoid?

What's the rabbit ear TV quality? can I get PBS and one station with nightly news without paying cable/dish etc?

What's the best grocery store? I know this is going to make me few friends in the area, but I just can't shop WalMart. Unless it has solar panels and a wind turbine

I plan to become a Co-op member at Ozark in Fayetteville.

What's an accurate gas price page aside from AAA?

Are there apartment complexes that are more troublesome (noise) than others?
Does ANY web page have Siloam apartments? Aside from yellow pages sites and JBU's list?

Who is the best, fair mechanic in town?

What should I expect for utilities: water, electric, nat gas. based on 1000 sf?
Deposits?

Are there any Jewish families in Siloam Springs? I know there is no synagogue.

Thanks in advance.

Siloam Springs is a great area. Great schools (both public and private). It still has that small town feel.

As the best grocery store: actually (sorry) Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart always has the freshest and cheapest. The other one we always stop in is IGA. We like to support them as well, but most of the time fresh product is not as fresh.

The current gas price: $3.11

I'm not sure about apartments since I don't rent.

Benton County Tire is the best place to get your tires taken care of. Kenny's is pretty good, we've used him lots (even before he got his shop). You can still make the 15 minute trip to Springdale or Fayetteville to get any work done.
