Springdle location- Elm Springs road! The only hamburger place on Elm Springs Road is McDonalds, so yeah-- we can handle this!

Northwest Arkansas city could get a Whataburger as well! Tuesday the Springdale Planning Commission approved rezoning a plot of land on Elm Springs Road and 40th Street, just off I-49. According to Springdale Planning & Community Development Director Patsy Christie, John Pak of Elm Springs Center, LLC. ownS the property.

Off topic- a little bit, but I know you like a nice selection of wine. On Elm Springs Road, we have a Macadoodles. I don't know it you've been there- but it's right across the street from the new Wal-Mart on Elm Springs Road. ( Springdale)

My daughter moved into U of A this weekend and I passed the whataburger a few times. It seems like they are crowded no matter what time of day I pass by. They even have police directing the flow of traffic.

The McDonald's across the street sure is empty though.

Haha, when I came in yesterday, the parking lot was totally full. There was a massive drive-thru line and people were also lined up out to the door. I even had to park in the parking lot next to there. It was a little odd to see cops directing traffic into a Whataburger...I guess Fayetteville takes their burgers very seriously!

I should have not ordered the triple. It was huge, but quite tasty. Gluttony at its finest.

I couldn't believe the cops directing traffic at first because I went on August 6 and it wasn't that bad but I drove past today and there was a cop in the lot this time.

Yep, I was by there 45 minutes ago and the cops were directing traffic, so I will go later. You know they get their burgers free probably. I WANT a DAD-GUM WHAT-A-BURGER, already! The location is Fayetteville is no bigger than a Burger King.

I guess I could even wait for the Springdale location to open up for that matter.
