I am considering a move to an area near Harrison/Bergman. My dad lives there and has been itching for me to live closer (I am currently in Colorado.)

Did you check the link at the bottom? It does a pretty good job of listing various mfg by state. It's what I used as a starting point to find dealers in my area when I looked into modular homes several years ago.
It gives a pretty good amount of detail on the companies and includes customer reviews, although I have no idea how current those are.
