Actually I was looking at homes around Lake Fayetteville. However they were likely Springdale homes because they were on the north east side and west side. It seem Fayetteville only extends just up to the lake and a little bit on the east side. Besides the two factories mentioned above I also ran across a home with chicken farm buildings on the lot and it seemed to indicate that the purchaser could use it as a chicken farming business. I don't have the actual addresses of these homes because after seeing what was around them I passed on seeing them.

I really like the trail system in Lake Fayetteville. I'm not finding many other areas with extensive trails.

Yes, Lake Fayetteville area transitions into SE Springdale pretty quickly. Oddly, NE Fayetteville is a highly desireable area, and then a mile up the road, the development is noticeably not as nice, just from crossing the city limits.

Lake Fayetteville trail is nice, other parts of Fayetteville are connected by trails. The primary areas which aren't are the very hilly areas (for obvious reasons) and the west side of I-49.

If having a nice easy-access trail nearby is a priority, I'd encourage you to look in the Gulley Park area, around Old Wire Rd & Township. On the link below, you'll see it due south of the Lake Fayetteville area, the other area all circled up with red:

You will also notice the planned trail extension that will link this area to Lake Fayetteville in the next few years.

Thanks. I've been watching Trail Tracks youtube videos on line and Gulley Park was one I watched. It looks nice but is only 1.4 miles around and the on-line reviews say heavily used. Also the housing stock adjacent to it that I've seen is the older smaller homes. However I am planning to check it our for myself.

Thanks for the map. The dashed line (future multiuse trail) that links it up to the rest of the trail system is very encouraging. Maybe I will look along that line also.
