Homeless are everywhere in the country.
Clue. They don't live in houses.
So I don't know why you had to bash Robin Rd. But since you brought that up I felt compelled to point out the fact that many of the streets off Cooper have fallen into a sad state of disrepair. Sad but true.
I think we will just have to agree to disagree on this one

I wish they had fixed up some of those old houses off of 71. They let them crumble away, but in their heyday I bet they were wonderful. I wish they'd do something with Wonderland Cave, too. Awesome place.

Agree, I would like to see Wonderland Cave open again. The old pictures I’ve seen of the cave are enchanting. I’ve heard rumors there are plans to re-open it, but just rumors and that was a couple years ago.

There are a few overlooking 71 that are scary looking. As for the cave, we can hope one of these days it will be re-opened. I have heard rumors, but like we all know rumors are just that.

The owner must still have had difficulty finding investors.

I was in there during the 80's. It's very cool. And there are bats!

A great place to see bats in Bella Vista is at the Crystal Cave in Brompton Courts (on Lake Winsor). Most evenings, about 30 mins before dusk you can see the bats flying out of the cave and into the sky. The cave is fenced off and I think is controlled by the Forest Service. We recently learned about the cave, we just bought a townhome in Brompton courts (investment) to AirBNB, and the seller told us about it. The cave is literally situated in the middle of Brompton courts. A great place to see bats! (if you are into that). I have included a couple links about the cave below.

Each to their own fantasies blaming the poor, but if you are on low end, its just fact that rents have skyrocketed in Fayetteville. South Fayetteville used to be cheap, but as the other places in town got more expensive, so did south Fayetteville. Places they cant get more rent because of condition or size, they tear down. I've known few people living on small SS check that had to move to some small dying town in some rural county away from any jobs to afford rent. Course then they need reliable transportation. No bus service out to these places. Reliable transportation has also gotten lot more expensive. Not everybody has family to look after them in old age.

No one here has “blamed” the poor for anything. I think you are a troll. And as such, I’m going to ignore your post. Hopefully others here will do the same.
