It adjoined my property in a coulda sac, and people were looking at it (it was on the MSL). My back deck overlooks the lot, thus the 8k bought us privacy. Well worth it, for us.
I haven’t seen the lot you mention, but I suspect it’s prob worth 5 to 8k in this current market. Maybe make an offer on it?
Is it owned by an investment company or individual?
It is owned by an investment company from Albany, NY.

My quite spot in the woods is getting crowded. There are three lots that have been staked out. Two of them has had the testing for a septic system done.

Another one is sold to someone from Oregon. My wife talked to him a few days ago and he got his lot for $3,000 where the lot beside us is wanting a lot more.

Yes. Unfortunately many prior vacant lots in BV are are now being developed. It will slow down, either this Fall, or next Fall. Something has to give.

We are selling our motorhome due to some health issues and it should be finalized today. After this is done we are making a push to buy the lot next door again.

Default Deer

I finally got a picture of the two big bucks at our property. The rack on the one on the right is just as big as the other one.

That's amazing. Are deer found throughout BV or just in certain areas? Can't imagine a more peaceful setting than watching deer from your home.

They are all over the place at least in the West half. We see them a lot while driving. While putting the hummingbird feeder back out I turned around and there were four in the street in front of my house. I stood there until they wandered off while eating.

I found out today that there are no immediate plans to run cables for internet from AT&T. I stopped at one of their stores. Being I have been using a hotspot I put in a deposit on a Starlink satellite internet system.

After the leaves from most of the trees have fallen I found out how close I am to Missouri. I can see a street light or something over there now at nighttime. I pulled up my address on Google maps to check for any streets in that direction and there are none until I look into Missouri.
