Moving/relocation in a few months (bentonville) and am researching boating or more specifically dockage. I emailed everyone on Beaver lake and they said no openings and the wait list is very long. At this point it looks like I’ll need to sell my current boat (40ft). With that said, if I buy a trailer boat how busy are the boat ramps? Someone said look at Grand Lake. Tia

I am sure you could find a place to dock your boat on Grand Lake but it would be an hour or more drive every time you wanted to use it.
The boat ramp situation isn't that much different between the two lakes.
For large boat docking and storage:
Terra Miranda and Shangri la would probably be your closest options on Grand Lake -- both on Monkey Island.
Further south on Duck Creek are Cherokee Yacht Club and several other large marinas but that would add at least 30 minutes to your drive.

I think boat ramps at the parks close to Rogers tend to be very busy, but there are numerous launch sites around the lake. It seems like the closer you get to the dam, the clearer the water.
