Recently moved to a new cul de sac in bella vista that is currently a dust cloud. I called the street dept and tried to get some info about paving it. The not-so-friendly guy said that all new paving in Bella Vista had been suspended for the last year or two. I'm not really sure what that means since he wouldn't elaborate. Is the POA not responsible for this? Any idea why it's suspended? I'm just kind of lost at the moment.

You are always welcome to get together with your neighbors, hire a company, and have it paved (based on city and state requirements). If you purchased it with a gravel road then I wouldn’t expect anything more. You could also look through all the POA and City documents that govern the roads to see who is responsible for maintaining and upgrading and when such things should happen.
