There are a wide range of prices for homes here. One of the new homes sold for $455,000 and it had two master bedroom suites. Another house started at over $400,000, but is was just reduced to $350,000. This house has five bedrooms and is built with builders grade products. A third house just started and I don't know how much they will ask for it. The other two homes are being custom built for the owner's. I am sure they will both be over $500,000.

When I bought my home new three years ago I paid $237,000. Not only has the prices gone up, but the interest rates has also. So far there are no families with kids in this neighborhood.

Just got back to Dallas, trip went good, all the boxes got checked. As far as a retirement community it's not like The Villages, I'm pretty sure they will sell houses to anyone. They do have a lot of stuff to do, 8 golf courses that are nice, pools, lakes, Link below to check out.

If you go to check it out, we stayed at an Airbnb named Lookout Loft. Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in, the owners went above and beyond details.

In my area there are no kids yet, but I do see some Gravette School District buses around. Bella Vista has two different school districts. Bentonville is on the East side and some of the West side. Gravette is on the West side only. The property taxes are cheaper with the Gravette school district.

Thank you for the update. If it checked all the boxes, do you think it is worth it to do a full relocation? I had written off BV last year when I visited as it seemed to remote but will heading back soon for another look as well.

We stayed around 71 and Mercy Way so it was on the south end. We were in Bentonville and Rogers pretty fast. We are for sure moving out of Dallas to somewhere not so hot and busy. Going to be retired so no hurry to get anywhere.
