Remember everyone, as I have been told, these studies take into consideration, not just Fayetteville but the surrounding areas like Rogers, Bentonville, etc; they usually are referring to all of NWA. I think we can all be so happy we made the decision to live in the community. I also do have to add, I don't think these studies mean a heck of a lot except when the same city turns up on all the studies, year after year, there has to be something to them. Plus, regardless it gives us bragging rights til the next one comes out.
