I went into a Harp's in Fayetteville once, and it was very clean and nice. It was on the main highway that goes north/south through town.

Not sure what you mean by "American" but there are Harps all over town, Ozark Natural Foods on College and a Neighborhood Market on Crossover.

I think Walmart is cheaper than Harps on many things, although for the best combo of price + quality I go to Aldi...but while the food sold there is "American" (with a few German imports), it's technically an international branch of a German-owned global chain.

Not sure what you mean by "American" but there's Harp's and an IGA, Walmart, Ozark Natural Foods. Sadly, the few other grocery stores we've had over the years have closed up shop and left town. Walmart dominates the day here, for groceries as well.
