Can't help with the hair saloon because we do not live in Rogers, but groceries; I am guessing there is a Harps somewhere near you and if you want to venture up the road a little, try Allens in Bella Vista. It is right off 71 (540) so would not be far for you. Their produce is good, sometimes just as cheap or cheaper than Wal Mart and the store is very friendly. You are not going to find any massive super markets though.
