I love West Side Story.

I think it is one of the greatest musicals of all time.

Unfortunately I've only seen the movie with Natalie Wood.

We saw a wonderful production of "Another Country" at the Oxford Playhouse last week-end, are going to see "Rope" this evening and "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" on Saturday night.Coming up in the next couple of weeks "Rutherford and Sons" and "Cyrano de Bergerac" also in Oxford.

And I am hoping to get my hands on some tickets in London for " Peter and Alice" with Ben Wishaw and Judy Dench, "Before the Party" ( Somerset Maugham), Ibsen's "Doll's House", Ibesen's "Ghosts",and "The Judas Kiss" with Rupert Everett...

"Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?", a school production, and not a horrible one at that.

Much Ado About Nothing. But......I wish someone would re-do the original play "The Seven Year Itch."
Tom Ewell played the Richard Sherman character on Broadway and was cast in the film with Marilyn
Monroe. However, in the film the screenwriter had to put up with overwhelming pressure from
the censors which altered the complete story of the play. George Axelrod did do an amazing job
with the film but I would love to see the play as it was originally written.
