My mother, who had Alzheimer's disease and has passed, had several framed plates containing artwork in her condo. Her condo is over 1300 miles away so I'm not immediately able to inspect the items, nor would I know if they are valuable. Can anyone help?

For some reason, I am only able to download a picture of just one of the plates, but the others are along the same style.

Thank you.

This might better be replied to in a hobby and collectables forum.
These sort of plates are not really art, and for sure not fine art.

Has a very strong resemblance to this plate.
Edna Hibel Mothes Day Plate Elizabeth Jordan and Janie 1990 with COA | eBay

And some more info on the artist and the plate.

Well, if it turns out that you don't have proper knowledge to determine whether the arts that you mom had in her house are valuable, feel free to consult an expert in the field who can give a genuine assessment about them. That's pretty much what I would recommend you to do.
