I still think Rodin's 'The Thinker' is an all-time masterpiece.

It's a perfect physical representation of a process all humans go through that is completely internal. The guy looks like a brain, if the human brain had muscles. All of us have felt like our brains have muscles when we are in deep contemplation at some time or other in our lives.
Rodin put into stone what it feels like to think hard and deep.

Brilliant sculptor, love all his work as well as Camille Claudel (very sad what happened to her).
If by chance you are near Philadelphia there is a Rodin Museum.
Rodin Museum

another beautiful, emotional and dramatic piece - La Danaide (some say Camille posed for this)

Oh, sure, there are classics that are breathtaking, but this one is amusing, thought provoking, and modern.
I was a docent at this museum for years, and this sculpture made art accessible to thousands of people.
