I have 3 pumps in my pond and it is 4 feet deep and 8 feet wide and 18 feet long I also have 2 filter boxes .I put plants in the pond and the fish destroy them in 2 days .I also have an oxygen pump that adds extra oxygen to the pond .I have charcoal in the filter boxes and also tried barley .I cannot plant anything near the pond as it is not far from the septic tank and I do not want roots growing into that .I have things like elephant ears there in the summer and cannas .I tried uv and it just didn't seem to do much.Sorry but that is not my pond I could not get my pics to upload

mabe try potted plants along the edge of the pond, something with large leaves to shade the water but at least in pots they wont be a risk to your septic system.

given the info youve given id say your best bet might be to try feeding less more frequently. mystery snails might be another good option
