Does anyone know which route is better to Flagstaff from Denver? I25 to 40 or I70 to 191?

If you catch 160 at Mexican Water then 191 will likely be the faster of the two. The downside is that most the the trip from Moab will be two-lane, and possible slow downs along the way. A third way is to take 285 through Salida and catch 160 by taking a side road west out of Center, CO to Del Norte. This is the shortest way, and maybe most scenic.

I've been all three ways and each has pluses and minuses. Any one of these could be the faster depending on how you catch traffic. Anyway, have a good and safe trip over.

Depending on your time frame any of those routes would be acceptable. My preference is to the I-25/I-40 route just because of the higher traffic speeds, but then I'm ususally headed home to Pheonix and want to get there in a timely manner.

As another poster suggested, the other routes are scenic and could present 'slow down's and may or may not have reliable services.
Just my two cents worth.
Have a safe trip.

The prettiest way is taking US285 south from Denver to US160, then US160 to US89. It's mostly 2 lane, but it's a nice drive.
