Linda Moulton Howe is probably the world expert on animal mutilations; she won an Emmy for her first TV special on the subject, "A Strange Harvest," in 1981. Not seeing anything about this particular case on her website at the moment, but she has a You Tube podcast every Wednesday evening and may include it in her news segment. She does have a Q&A and takes callers' questions during the podcast. Will be interested to see if this comes up.

Here is her bio at Earthfiles: https://www.earthfiles.com/linda-moulton-howe-bio/

And the playlist by date at You Tube; have listened to all of them several times, and they are spooky fun:

Interesting stuff. Heard about same things occurring in New Mexico from Rancher's and Navajo's. Thanks for posting the "Earthfiles" links.

In nearly all of these cattle mutilation cases that I've read about, the sexual organs are typically removed. A similar thing occurs in the alien abduction phenomenon, where humans that can recount their experiences all share similar characteristics, e.g. having sperm & ovum collected from their bodies.

It's been quite apparent to me for a long while that interdimensional and/or extraterrestrial aliens are conducting a long-term genetic alteration project on the human species.

Hope there's a significant improvement in the works.
