Those little tiny houses they have lined up on the 17 which makes up Kachina Village are actually pretty expensive for what you get...creeping up to the 300K range. I noticed they are prepping the ground next to the village so it looks like they are going to pop another 50-100 in. You have a general store, a gas station, and down the road to the South Munds park with a few additional restaurants. 20 minutes North you have Flagstaff. I hear driving on the 17 along there when it is snowing can sometimes be fairly hairy. I know the near by I40 is for sure.

Utilities are vey limited as are retail options. You pretty much have to drive to Flagstaff for anything.
