Me again.. The OP's original subject reads where to move in fl (Palm Coast, Seminole: for rent, low crime, new house) so I thought I'd pipe up and say that a new house would be my last option. They've either been sitting empty for a couple of years or they're being built very differently (and cheaply) than they were being built back in 2005, 2006. The developers are hurting and those who are still building are seriously cutting corners.

I'm pretty sure those are thread tags you are seeing. I think they are automated based on the responses in the thread.
