Publix is great but we like the produce section of Sweet Bay even better

And Perrier is $2.50 per 4 pack at Sweet Bay while Publix hammers us for $329.00

In one of these threads previously someone said they thought Publix treated their customer badly....where? The employees at my Publix treat me like I'm related to them. They're always doing little special things for me. It's one of the reasons I go there. When I go to WalMart, they act like it pisses 'em off that I'm there. Winn-Dixie, unfortunately, is the same way. I really want to like Winn-Dixie, I really do, but they won't let me.

Ross-yes, all over
Target-Yes, all over
Marshalls-Yes, all over
TJ Maxx-Yes, all over
Publix- They seem to have a monopoly. You are never far from one.

We are even getting Florida's first Ikea.

Anything you can think of that is NOT here (mostly upscale retailers, which most are, by the way, here) is in PBC or Dade.

There's a Publix like every 10 blocks throughout Florida. As someone said Publix really is worth it,and I will keep shopping there. They also have buy one get one free specials like all the time and overall is not that much more expensive than other stores.Of the grocery store chains I've been to in the U.S,Publix is my number 1,Safeway and Kroger are pretty decent but Publix beats them out for sure!!

Smile Yea IKEAH!!!

LOVE this store!!!....we have one here in Phoenix, and it is truly an "experience" shopping there!....Though, I don't know if I will ever buy a piece of furniture like a desk again...pay $359...and have to assemble it myself!! (or in this case, my brother-in-law)....I probably could of just bought one already "built" but it is a great store for everything else like bedding, lamps, pictures....
