i just moved to central florida from ft lauderdale because family moved. we live in east orlando. i recently bought a house in wedgefeld i love the neighborhood but i did not do alot of research. i was trying to avoid asoociation fee now when my family come to visit, the entrance is a mess. In ft lauderdale any thing that is not on your property belongs to the city to clean up although,some owners here clean up some dont. please give me a reason why i should stay here.

Agela, I don't understand exactly what your problem is, All I can tell you, however, is that no reason is good enough to live in a cess-pool like Ft.Lauderdale!! I mean, come on....people are just about doing anything to get out of south florida, especially broward County! Now, Orlando is not the best choice, it has a bad reputation: too many people, dirty, traffic out of control...... But at least you are not down in Ft.Laud. any more!!

i just moved to central florida from ft lauderdale because family moved. we live in east orlando. i recently bought a house in wedgefeld i love the neighborhood but i did not do alot of research. i was trying to avoid asoociation fee now when my family come to visit, the entrance is a mess. In ft lauderdale any thing that is not on your property belongs to the city to clean up although,some owners here clean up some dont. please give me a reason why i should stay here.
