Up in Vermont, they take their Sasquatchin'
very seriously, too !!! There are tales of them in the
Northern Kingdom. When I was there, I watched an
A&E show about the ole' Skunk Ape and why they called
him that.....The FLA locals they interviewed about him were
very serious about getting him on film.

Is [the skunk ape] real or not? Well, that's for you to decide.

Where did it come from?
There's a homeless camp off of the Cady Way trail in Winter Park - I'm sure that I've seen him and a few others like him there.

There was one of those the other day in Tampa trying to rob a Haji Mart. He ended up getting his ass whooped and shot with his own gun.

Or wait, hmmmmmmm. sorry, it was a crackhead in a spiderman mask.

The Skunk Ape, what Floridians call their local version of Bigfoot, is known as Sasquach in most other places in North America. Evidence supporting the existance of the creature has been gathered over the years and consists of the hundreds of documented sightings, a few pictures, several foot casts and a couple of hair samples. Many questions have yet to be answered and as people investigate further in to the mystery of the Skunk Ape, we seem to be getting closer to the truth.

Is it real or not? Well, that's for you to decide.

Where did it come from?

No one is sure where the Skunk Ape came from, maybe it was here all the time. As humans started to spread around the Earth we infringed on its once beautiful and hidded sanctuary, and we noticed that we were not alone, and so did they. Some folks believe that the Skunk Ape is a close relative of the Bigfoot that lives in the Pacific North West. Some folks believe it's the same as the Bigfoot of the Pacific North West. Some folks believe it's a paranormal beast. Some folks believe it to be a myth. Some folks believe it to be hoax. What do you think it is?

Whether the Skunk Ape is a relative of Pacific North West Bigfoot or a hoax, it's not hard to believe that a being could live within the vast expanse of the Florida Everglades, existing hidden from our civilization. Imagine a culture of hominoids evolving side by side with humans, taking their own path. Is it possible? Well if you take in to consideration that we once thought the earth was flat! And we once thought that the moon was made of green cheese! And a long time ago, we even thought that Milli Vanilli could sing! Anything is possible.
If this thing was real i wanna know the name of the person who had a set of brass ba!!s to get that close to take a photo!

Hmm.
Pics?
We were just near there recently.
Seems like there are a lot of chupacabra sightings in Florida and Texas.
Sometimes it just looks like a mangy coyote, but the one in the police video really did look like something new and different: Huge head, hairless with short front legs and long rear legs. Seems canine. Maybe a coyote/wolf/subspecies?

This video is not the best quality, but has the most authentic-looking footage.
The person put it together an interesting theory.

The Chupacabra is very real and definitely exists in the western areas of SE Florida - head out to the everglades and the Big Cypress area and speak with the locals about what they see as evidence. You too will become a believer.
