it is nice to hear..I know we have friends in NJ in a very good school system and the fact our son is doing exactly what they are doing and the honors and AP classes are the same where they are compared to where our son attends...same as our Middle School too..one of .my daughters best friend is from NYC moved here 2 years ago is middle school and is doing what her sister did in Middle school up North...Nice to hear good news for a change..

According to newsweek Florida has a ton of top schools in the nation. We just moved here from Texas and we were getting private school education in the public school we were in and my daughter is well advanced in highschool here and has higher scores than the kids here in Florida. I will say this. I would not go back to Texas because Florida offers free our year education. All you ace to do is make good grades apply and ho gor free! go Florida.

Yep, and you are probably paying lower taxes here too than you did in NJ. Ditto for TX (which has some pretty high sales and property taxes, despite not having an income tax).
