Update on the big move....
4 weeks until the house goes on the market...
Done
we have been busy de-cluttering...wow I can not believe the junk we kept around for 10 years in the garage....on the positive side sold $1000 worth of stuff on Craigs List
bathroms updated this week
new garage doors ordered to be installed this week
handy man coming this week to fix all the things we never got around to
new drivway completed
To do
refinish hard wood floor in family room
paint the remaining rooms
new ceiling in basement
power wash outside
mulch the yard
clean the windows
have the new carpet installed
clean and stage....
Take a week off work to get it done !

Now the fly in the ointment....the Feds may be furloughed next week therefore ending the paychack of DH so we may need to put a halt to the work and postpone the sale of the house..
Our areas is filled with the Federal workforce if they are not working they will not be buying a new home
