Good Choice - The same builder of Lake Marion Resort Community laid out the original design for that community before they went belly up in 2009. The community is now being ran by a new developer/investing company which has continued and finalized construction on the clubhouse and adjoining town homes. All of the homes have been completed but no new construction on new homes will be conducted anytime soon which is normal right now.

The Polk County Commission has approved construction on a 3.5 Million Dollar Park about 1/2 mile from your gated community which in the long run will benefit everyone within the surrounding area. I think Tuscany Preserve is a really safe area, nice homes, well maintained with low crime. I live in the area and have family and friends that reside off Pacific Road. Nothing to worry. I actually think the proximity of this location from everything else has kept it a relatively safe area. Local Sheriff Substation and two schools in this one village back up my thinking.
