The Buckethead Show on Real Radio WTKS 104.1 Cocoa Beach/Orlando has spent 2 months behind the scenes working with their lawyers to legally service mark Rick's Scott's motto of, "Let's Get to Work." They plan to hold a 30 day challenge to see if The BS or Gov. Rick Scott can get more Floridians back to work. Keep in mind that Rick Scott has cost us a lot of jobs already so looks like he's already loosing. However, if Rick Scott responds to the challenge and actually wins, the station will gladly hand over rights to the phrase, "Let's Get to Work," in person, in Tally. I thought this should be shared on the Florida forum because it effects the entire state and since this show is heard nationwide and therefore statewide on XM Channel 152, every one in Florida can listen, participate, and most importantly be entertained. Honestly, this is a win win since people will undoubtedly find work and it will be fun in the meantime. Now if Rick Scott looses the challenge, the show will hold on to the trademark and prevent Rick Scott from using it

Yeah I agree with you, "idiotic" that Rick Scott the business guru didn't bother to trademark the most memorable sound byte from the election. And so what if RS doesn't care about this, at least somebody is focusing on creating, not eliminating jobs.
