I am a single mother of 3 and lived in central FL, Poinciana to be exact. But a lot has changed since the 5 yrs that I moved away. I am looking to move back to the sunshine state, but need a place that has low rent and low crime. I want to live near a major city but not in one. Any ideas, thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

You might want to look at New Port Richey, Palm Bay, North Port or Palm Coast. Also up the 441 corridor between Clermont and Ocala..
