Central Florida is a moderate area. What would happen to it? There are really three distinct regions you are talking about, not two.

I voted no as a non-native. We have enough problems in this country with just the number of states we have without further division.

Most states are diverse in texture and personality. Upstate NY/NYC.. Boston/Western MA.. Chicago/Illinois Burbs.. It's just the way it is.

We dont want 51 states, that will mess up the flag

We should just have the norther portion (above Orlando and Tampa) join Georgia or Alabama state.

Well if we are gonna attach Miami To South America and be so liberal with geographical boundaries, we might as well attach Jacksonville to Mississipi or Vidor Texas.
