My husband and myself are thinking in moving to Florida. We are looking for a SAFE nice community where I can walk to have a coffee in the morning and buy fresh bread for dinner. Can be an apartment (not a big complex), town home. Around $200.000. Or bigger home and rent rooms to Grad students? Any suggestions will be very helpful. Would Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Palmeto Bay have the characteristics we are looking for? We are not familiar with Florida at all. Thank you!
