Are you from the area? If not, you'll notice there's tons of similar communities, especially in the western (suburban) sections of the county. Smith Farms is pretty much like any other gated community, nothing more, nothing less.

Hey Jaust, I know people who live there who are very happy. The elementary school that is zoned for Smith Farms is an excellent "A" school with a great reputation. I recently read an article in the Palm Beach Post about the great "family" environment in Smith Farms. It is one of the top two or three communities I am considering for my possible relocation.

Thanks for the help. I have been looking at the different communities in the West Boynton,Lake Worth and Wellington area and had not heard of Smith Farms till the other day. I currently live on Long Island NY and hoping to relocate with my family in about 18 months.
