When I move to Jacksonville (Mandarin area) I will have to rent. Family of 4 with 20 lb. dog. Any suggestions on an apartment complex? under $1000 a month?

my dh use to live in waterford he liked it
I thought I saw a sign that Claire point was going condo it seems a lot of apartments are heading that way. might not be a bad idea to check the paper a lot of people buy these condos and rent them out.
also if you head to the southside there are some nice apts off of hodges blvd off JTB I will write down some names next time I drive down there.

Default Great support from the Jax people

I really appreciate the comments. I'm keeping my fingers crossed to be there by Halloween (waiting for the home sale in MO to close).
