Did they let you drive the John Deer ?
Nope, an that aint the kinda thing that you would ask of a feller anyway.

I gots one of my own at my other place. Cept it is a crawler.

Aint nothing that warms the heart like seeing yer 650 LGP wif a 6 way blade, thru yer screen door, parked out front of yer trailer.

I gots my 6 pack of Red Dog Beer right handy in this picture.

Big diamondback warning sign. Lets the tax man and Revenooers know they is headin fer trouble.

wacahootaman, That is what we did with our nearly 28 acres w/3 ponds (or "lakes" as theya re known here in FL) over in Central AL just a few years ago! We do not like that state, but we think we might reitre back to that piece of property just for the quiet, peaceful nature and lack of neighbors with-in ear shot of your home that it provides! Right now we just visit it!!! Our driveway over there is 1300+ ft long too!

Gotta love it!

You ARE living the Good Life!

heck I ask the guy at the nursery all the time if I can drive the front loader.

I once drove my grandpas JD combine in the wheat field many years ago

I would love a riding mower but since my mower vs irrigation well pump incident last week hubby said "yeah right" lol

so can I come to your house and drive your very cool looking crawler !!!!

Crawler looks like a rental! (NationsRent) So I am sure you could just mozy on down to your local rental yard and have a crawler at your place too!
