Been gone from Florida since 2006.

We work from home and can live anywhere. We have lived in Oldsmar, FL and Indian Rocks Beach. We miss our friends and family who are spread throughout the state. We have two sons one is 9 and the other is 17 and will be going to college out of state (NC or Alabama). Trying to figure out where we want to live. Job is not an issue.

If we moved along the beach we would like the west coast. Want to get the most house for the money though.

We were looking at anywhere in the Pinellas County area (beaches only) but this isn't our first choice. The beaches are great but the cost of housing is higher along these beaches and we're flexible with location.

Sarasota/ Ft. Myers??? Don't know much about it so any info would be helpful.

Off the beach area we were looking at the Clermont area. Only because they have hills which is a little unique for flat Florida.

We love farmers markets, parks, swimming, beaches. Having a younger son a good private or public school is needed.

We like up an coming areas where most things look clean and new.

Thanks for any help you may have to share!!

I work with a good number of buyers that like the rolling topography of Clermont / Minneola

Check out Lake Nona, no hills but everything will be new, quick drive to the beach, Disney, Winter Park for street side cafe's and farmers market.

Hope this helps,
