Is there a shuffleboard court in the cardiac unit?
If so, I'll take it!

Default Investments that make money

If all we did was make money at everything we bought or buy, none of us would eat, drive cars, buy boats, go on vacation, watch TV, sit in our easy chairs, and we'd all be miserable.

You buy property for investments... you buy homes for living. There is a difference, a big difference! Todays winners will eventually be tomorrow losers, as with all investments. Having a home is having a home. Make good decisions on the front side, reap your harvest on the back side. It is the same logic in "all" things.

If this was the post 3 years ago, most would think it was ludicrous, but the market has changed, and in a few years my post will be equeally ludicrous. It is just the nature of the market. I do agree that every action has a reaction... and the housing market collaspe is exasperated by the out-of-control rise in prices, but not everyone finds themselves caught in the "out of control" economics of the market.

There are good buys.... very good buys, for home owners. The investment market is dried up, and anyone who thinks this is a good time to invest in property has their head in the sand.
