Um, not that one. I think it's named after a person, on the corner of Hammock and US27. I forget the name, only lived there 6 months.

Nobody will buy a home in a down-market and pay the boom-days price for it. I recommend your friend stay put and give the market some more time to recover. We have bottomed out a few months ago, it will take a few years to get back to normal. I don't know what your friend paid for her home but generally speaking, there are always options that can be explored.
Sure it is!!!!

How could I forget?

Why Not.

No, not a question, but the name of the bar.

Default sebring

Go to cracker trail elementary, it's a great school. I went there. Make sure you get Mr. Wilder for the fifth grade teacher. He's good. I saw that one of the posts talked about the different shops that are open. I moved away for school 2 years ago and 3/4 of those shops weren't there. As you can see it is growing very quickly. Also, the night life is relatively up and coming. Check out Don Joses, it's great for cheap drinks and great atmosphere. I have seen several new bars and restaurants pop up. The police department is merciless, don't drink and drive (I guess that's a good thing). I personally think it's a great place.

We have been looking at the housing prices in sebring. It seems that prices are high. The prices say in northport are quite a bit lower and you can get more for your money. Does anyone out there have an explination?

I have a house on Lake June for sale if you are interested! Lake Placid is a great place to live. We are virtually close to everything from here (beaches, entertainment, parks). From my back door, we can swim, ski and see the most beautiful sunsets in the world!

Dear misfit girl,

We are looking for a 3/2/2 home with an inground swimming pool. What price are you asking and could you briefly describe? Thanks
