There is no HOA fees in royal highlands, and the rescstrictions are minimal. No size house rescrictions just the normal, grass can't be to long. Just be careful because you can run into mobiles there, are you moving there or just looking?

Yes ma'am I'm looking to either rent in Royal Highlands or possible lease perchase or owner finance. Being self employed a construction cleaning co.) my credit has taken a beating here in MI with the failing economy. I also have a house on the market here along with 1,000's of others in my area. The chance of it selling are slim to none. It's hard to sell a stick of chewing gum in this state these days. Thank you for link to your site. I found it to be very informative and I learned a few things aswell. Thanks again.

Can anyone tell me what the electric company is, and whether or not I can get cable TV/Internet/Phone service in this area?

I was wondering if you get a vacant lot, do you have to mow it? An acre would be a lot to take care of when it has not been leveled out. I would hope they can stay in the state they are in until you start clearing for building. And are the prices starting to go back up for land or is it in the toilet for the next 4-5 years or more?
