Mind you, it's 78 degrees and sunny here in Broward county. Can't say I blame them.

Man, it feels good to be living in Florida right now.

I guess I'm snobby about it too. I think moving here was a great decision and I do not miss the snow at all. In fact, it takes a big storm like this to remind me that snow still exists in the world. I'd much rather have to decide between shorts and capris today than to have to look for dry gloves and a warm hat.

LOL! So true. The cold and snow sucks! But not as bad as Florida from May - September. It is truly miserable. And, dont even consider when you add in a bad hurricane season.

I could not DISAGREE more! I hate cold, ice, snow or cold and damp. Florida summers are not bad at all compared to that crap-o-la. But glad you like it in the cold.

Sheepie thank you for the little bit of lift for my winter blues. Just this idea has giving me a little lift today. OK a big, maybe I will get dressed today after all type of lift.

I watch the 11 o'clock news....and they're covering the "blizzard 2013" and are showing scenes from up north and it truly looks hellacious.

Cars completely convered in snow, streest impassable, no power to hundreds of thousands of homes, bone chilling temperatures and wind, ugh!

I would so so thank to god, allah, moses, whatever that i dont live up in that awfulness.
