You can not answer this type of question without more information...what's the R-factor in the ceiling/walls, age of home, height of ceilings, type of windows.....c'mon, now.

For a 2,500 square-foot home, you can expect an average monthly bill of $200, especially if you are using fans and not keeping the temperature at 64 degrees in August.

Default Utilities in Poinciana?

What water and power companies provide service for Poinciana?? I contacted Kissimme Utilities and they were not it and do not know which one it is?? Can someone help? A little off subject I KNOW~~

I visited Florida earlier this year to house Hunt. I quite liked POINCIANA but mu husbandwas told my realtors that it was a no go area! Is this True. I am from England and looking to buy a second home to stay for 6 mths a year, hence I wanted a Home in a Community and not one of those look alike Holiday Rentals.

Please I do need your kind advice as I love the Community feel of the Area.

i live in poinciana and my monthly bill is in the mid $200 but we sleep with the tvs and fans on all night..
