(And, by that I mean Scott and Crist.)
Debbie Wasserman Schultz or Alan Grayson would be terrific Democratic candidates for Governor. Hopefully someone legit will run...

I assume you are joking.........right?

I think a great democrat candidate would be Bob Buckhorn. A no theatrics, common sense, business minded moderate.

Not joking, in this state you would have to start far to the left before compromise left it anywhere near the "center".

Well Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Alan Grayson are as far to the left as it can get. They are downright scary! They spew so much hate. They are nothing at all like the reasonable, kind and good person that Bob Buckhorn is.

Its a conundrum. I think when Crist was able to remove himself from the grips of the idiocracy that is FL's repub party, he got behind some sane and liberal (relative to FL) ideas and organizations. A state that would elect a Rick Scott even once shows how strange FL politics are. The Marion Barry syndrome for Governors. Florida used to be counted on to elect the most backward, corrupt and laughable pol running in any election, but the demographics are shifting and way different than even 10 years ago. I think Crist would be better than Scott or anyone else the neo-John Birchers would put up against him. Regardless, the election could go either way depending on who shows up on voting day, and who will stand in 3 or 4 hour lines to vote in high-dem areas.

At first I thought you were joking, but obviously not. They are both leftist la la land, especially Grayson. He's such a hatemongerer and a divider, and he is exactly what is wrong with DC. He's just a pathetic excuse for a human being. No thanks

Exactly and the truly discouraging thing about many Florida residents is in fact voter apathy. It's really a widespread phenomenon and creeps into other facets of life here such as supporting pro sports teams and even local businesses. No place else in the country has this issue.

Spewing hate is a far right characteristic.

Democrat Charlie Crist officially files for governor

What a surprise.
