Which place is more ideal for a gay person to live (seasonally).

I live up in the NorthEast but I am looking for winter home. My budget is quite generous and would love people's input. Thanks.
I am looking for either condo or house. The criteria I'm only interested in which is more fun and exciting. And which is warmer, and by warmer I mean hotter!
I'm in my early 30s, male, and single.

South Beach is not that gay, Key West is also not that gay unless you are right at the gay bars or guest houses. Wilton Manors is 150% gay.

I agree. The entire municipality of Wilton Manors is just a gay place. Whereas Key West has lots of retirees and South Beach has more Europeans, French Canadian, and Brazilians than anything. Very glam.
Of the three go to Wilton Manors.

As a gay male myself I would ask what are you looking for? Wilton Manors while very gay has a different demographic than either South Beach, Key West or half a dozen other options not mentioned. Bear in mind the average age in Wilton Manors is 47 and it has one of the highest percentages of coupled gay men in the country. Being 30 and single I would point you toward Fort Lauderdale or Miami which have a younger demographic and neighborhoods that are safer, plus less targeted for robberies.

It all depends! Gay on South beach? better like the bois because it is not normal. It all depends on what you like. Despite what many say Miami/the metro is quite cultured.
The damn "divas" make sure of that!

This.
Wilton Manors has a great walkability factor as well, and housing there is far more affordable than in the other two. My brother and his partner picked up a foreclosure there last year for next to nothing.
If youre planning to buy move fast. Prices are starting to rise again.

Wailton Manors is a pretty safe place. I mean, u need to have some common sense, but overall it is not regarded as a crime-ridden area.

Dont be "scared" cuz of some crime stats. Like, seriously.
