Statewide of Florida where are some nice places to operate a farm in a rural area with good farming land. Doesn't have to be necessarily an inexpensive area.

Define farm. Define large acreage. And what crops.

Florida soil is not conducive to certain crops nor is the weather.

If you LOVE tomatoes, you will be disappointed here.

Ok, I got ya!!

By farm I mean some chickens, pigs, ducks, a pond, maybe a couple head of cattle?
Grow some crops like corn, veggies, watermelon, I suppose.
Acreage I mean minimally 100 acres, lowest possibly 80 acres.
We know all about small town living so no problem there.....but would prefer hardcore rural like in the boonies!!
