Exactly. There are a lot of part-time/no benefits service sector jobs or specialized technical jobs such as Nursing or certain IT jobs...and seemingly not a whole lot left in-between.

Of course! - There are a 'ton' of jobs out there for people who intelligently search for and pursue them ... and present themselves in an appropriate manner.

But, no, there is no 'Florida jobs bucket' where folks can simply 'dip their hand in' and pull out several to choose from.

How many jobs are you seeking? ... or are you simply asking silly questions?

There are jobs in Florida. However, whether or not you can land them depends on what you're looking for and your skillset. I'm in IT so I've never had a problem finding a job whether it's working for the government, private sector or freelance contract work on my own.

Yes, with tens of thousands applying for several thousand that list as "available", many of which are formality postings because the position has long been tendered for an internal applicant. No trouble at all in other words according to some, if you just look nice/dress nice and apply the jobs are yours for the taking.

Newspaper? If you need to reach a large audience the newspaper is hardly the way to go. Just use the internet, its cheaper, a much larger audience. Good paying jobs are there for good employees who can do the work that a good paying job requires.
