Ok, so I have seen many posts regarding the winter garden/windermere area but many are out dated and im having trouble getting my specific questions answered so I apologize in advance if this has already been addressed here. We are a working class family of 5 looking to move in august as my husband will be working in kissimmee. We are looking in the 200s range. I have done a lot of research on central fl and have narrowed it to this area because of the low crime and good schools. Im from mi and hoa's are a new thing for me. It seems hard to escape though if we want to live in the safer areas. I want to find somewhere that has a nice community feel but isnt crazy with rules. My husband had a woodworking hobby so we need to be sure he can use his saws in daytime hours without losing any friends
I also want to be able to garden and plant trees if our lot doesnt have any. (im a fan of that beautiful Florida vegetation). Thanks so much!
