For most of mid-Florida, the public side of our MLS is www.MyFloridaHomeMLS.com.

I really like the IDX Website from iHomefinder ...IDX Real Estate Lead Generation | iHomeFinder
It lets me customize my website to what I want it to be, and it comes with domain, hosting and maintenence.

I just want one that can sort out the short sales and foreclosures.
I want a regular purchase, not looking to get wrapped up in all that nonsense, problem is the listings are loaded with Shortsales and foreclosures and they don't always state as such.

I know it exists but I've never played with it. Since it is part of our state association, I would expect it to be pretty up to date.

If the www.myfloridahomemls.com covers the area you are interested in, you can easily screen out the shorts and bank owned properties.

Thanks.
www.redfin.com is the most updated in my opinion. I love filtering search results by just open houses, they will show all open houses. You don't need to sign up with them or anything.
