There are 3 kinds of people.

1. Those who live in FL and love it.

2. Those who wish they could live in FL but cant.

3. Those who dont live in FL and hate it.

Now that is weird news!

It is odd to me what you consider to be "weird" news.

You need more exposure to the rest of the United States.

when i googled "car crashes into store" the first result was new jersey, the 2nd was palm coast florida, the third was winter haven florida, the 4th was the bronx, th 5th was alabama, the 6th was calgary, the 7th was new zeland, got another in worcester, long island, cambridge, chicago...

but still...I've seen 3 from sarasota to st pete to brooksville all in less than a week

Here's 2 more crazy ones from about a month ago that i just saw again that I favorited but forgot abouti

Pompano Beach Florida man hacks boss to death in front of 20 terrified diners after his picture posted to Facebook

st pete man randomly kills 2 people paked in a car( A LOT of this kind of stuff in florida)
Police: Unprovoked shooting leaves 1 dead, 2 injured in St. Pete

And those are just off a 2-minute cursory scan of my social media feed.

But oh that's right, crazy **** only happens in Florida.
Yea I found a crazy one in tennessee too..

women being arrested in Kingsport Tennessee has a loaded gun hidden in her vagina
Locked and Loaded: Police find gun in woman's vagina - Action News 5 - Memphis, Tennessee

But really these stories made it to the trending section but most crazy florida news stories(especailly all the random murders and attacks) never make it outside local news and only stay in the local news for a couple of days.

As far as race issues I could spend days showing all the crazy black on white murders for no reason, attacks, comments, quotes, songs, random youtube and worldstar videos, etc. found in Florida...

What gets me about Florida is that the overall crime rate doesn't seem that bad for most individual cities but of the murders that do happen it seems like at least half are totally random

from the West Boca story... Haiti native Tilus Lebrun told cops in Creole that he killed Dimitrios (Jimmy) Karaloukas because he took his photograph and posted it March 2 on the Internet.

To be fair, those arent really that weird, and nobody in these stories got assaulted. The guy in West Boca hacked up his boss in front of 20 ppl. That story is easily much worse than all 3 you posted. And then the other story, the guy who shot his neighbor and friend that was completely unprevoked (the shooter thought they were dealing drugs, but they weren't). so he just starts shooting into the car. That is weird. Very weird and alarming.

There are stories from everywhere, but I think FL does have a problem with this issue. Too many lunatics, ppl moving here with bad pasts, terrible attitudes and tempers. FL gets a very high share of these ppl, unfortunately. Look at the 2 stories and see where they're from and what their histories were in other states/countries. I hate it b/c I like FL, born and raised. But its changed.

Every place has changed. Still changing. Time moves on and things change. The bad part is that human beings have slid backwards over the past few decades. In my life time I have seen places go from good to impossible and back to good again.

i dont see the point of the poster hell bent on researching negative news from FL.

Must be a "wanna be" but cant.

That explains the animosity. The more faults you find the better you feel.
