If you or any of the others who don't like my threads or post are welcome to put me on ignore. It seems there are MANY ON HERE WHO HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO than to hijack every thread I start.

I have to say that the Hater is right about Florida real estate. It tends to be more volatile than in other areas, but a lot of that has to do with the transient population as much as the market. Although I'm surprised that he doesn't seem to post more in the Chicago forum. But have patience. I'm a Chicago native, and he'll have much more to complain about there. Just wait till winter.

I agree.

BTW, I really enjoy cold weather and snow. Last winter in Chicago was a piece of cake for me. I also really enjoy living here so far.

But its most transient state so it goes back n forth. It's not a slower but steady place you'll find in other areas of the Southeast. It's either booming or BAD.

Now run along if you don't have anything else to contribute to my thread.
Last I checked it was an open forum......

I don't know what it is about posters who object to comments they don't agree with or like on "their" thread.......you'd think it was a pj party the OP's only invited their friends to, LOL.

If u dont expect commentary on it send Direct Messages to those you think care about the matter being posted.

When someone posts info to troll for replies, they should not complain about those replies.

I find it interesting that a poster has more reps than actual posts but if you look at the actual posts they have nothing to be repped.
